✅ You'll receive confirmation and the rental agreement via email within 24 to 48 hours.

✅ Make your non-refundable retainer payment to secure and hold your date.
Availability is limited, so we recommend booking early, because dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and your date is only secured once your booking is confirmed and your non-refundable retainer is received.

Everything you need to know about our Denver event venue.
TD Event Space is designed for intimate gatherings and can comfortably accommodate up to 72 guests. It’s the perfect setting for small events where you want a stylish, welcoming atmosphere without feeling overcrowded. However, If your event does not require a dance area, we can accommodate up to 100 guests, depending on the room layout and seating arrangement.
TD Event Space is ideal for a variety of intimate events, including birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, micro weddings, engagement parties, corporate gatherings, and more. Our versatile space can be tailored to fit your unique celebration.
No. You can book without touring the venue. However, we encourage you to watch our video tour, attend an Open House, or schedule a private tour if you'd like to see the space beforehand.
Yes, ample parking is available at TD Event Space, making it easy for you and your guests to access the venue. The central Denver location ensures a smooth and stress-free arrival experience.
Yes! TD Event Space offers a flexible vendor policy, allowing you to bring in your preferred vendors for catering, décor, photography, and more. This gives you the freedom to customize your event exactly how you envision it.
Yes, we recommend booking your event as early as possible.
Booking your event is simple! To get started, complete our Booking Inquiry Form to check availability for your preferred event date. 👉🏽 Check availability and request your date.
If your requested date is available, we'll send you an Event Rental Agreement for electronic signature. To officially reserve your event date, you'll need to:
✅ Sign the Event Rental Agreement.
✅ Pay the required non-refundable retainer:
◦ $250 for packages priced at $800 and $900
◦ $500 for packages priced at $1,300, $1,800, $2,500, and $4,000
◦ $500 for hourly rentals (equal to one hour of rental time)
✅ Provide any required insurance documentation, if applicable.
Your reservation is not confirmed until all required documents and payments have been received and accepted by TD Event Space.
Once your reservation is confirmed:
◦ Your event date is removed from our booking calendar and reserved exclusively for your event.
◦ Your non-refundable retainer is applied toward your total rental balance. It is not an additional fee—it secures your event date and compensates TD Event Space for removing it from availability to other potential clients.
